Polyurethane bushings for Volvo 240 and 260 series, manufactured using precision polyurethane casting technology. The metal core (central part) is integrated with the polyurethane material, ensuring correct suspension operation as the material flexes flexibly. It retains the original suspension properties while offering the improved strength and durability of polyurethane.

Our recommended hardness levels:
OEM rubber hardness is around 65 ShA – equivalent to 60–65 ShA polyurethane
- 60–70 ShA – close to original stiffness, improved handling with minimal comfort loss. Well-matched with standard springs and shock absorbers.
- 70–75 ShA – sporty street use. Increased suspension stiffness and handling precision, slight comfort reduction. Well-matched with standard springs and shock absorbers, also lowered suspension configurations.
- 75–85 ShA – high stiffness, intended for performance-oriented setups. Best used with lowered suspension configurations.
